  • Meeting the development of annual budgets, and schedules, to ensure that projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • The projects' budget increased by 97% from 2021 to 2023. Managed to coordinate the internal and external design teams in a multi-disciplinary environment, accomplishing the development of civil, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic projects meeting the needs of the four municipalities we serve according to the new budget.
